Learn how shipment requests move cards from your TOKIO collection to physical delivery.
Request shipment
Eligible cards can be submitted for shipment from your collection or shipment area. Confirm the cards, shipping details, and any required payment before submitting.
Processing
After a request is created, TOKIO reviews the shipment, prepares the physical cards, and updates the shipment status as it moves through the process.
Tracking
When tracking is available, shipment details are shown in your account. Contact support if a shipment looks delayed or the address needs review.
