Terms
These terms govern access to TOKIO's portfolio, card-catalog, scanning, and analytics tools.
Effective August 22, 2026. By accessing or using TOKIO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate information, and using TOKIO lawfully. Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or access another person's account or data.
You retain the rights you hold in photos, scans, notes, and other material you submit. You grant TOKIO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, process, adapt, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the material. Do not upload counterfeit, pirated, unlawful, or infringing content. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backups, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or material already shared as directed by you.
Trading-card names, characters, artwork, card designs, logos, product images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They may appear in TOKIO only to identify, catalogue, discuss, scan, value, or help users manage genuine collectible products. TOKIO does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property and these terms do not grant users any right to copy, download, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from it.
TOKIO is an independent collector platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official product of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, GAME FREAK, Creatures, Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation, or any other trading-card publisher or rights holder. References to third-party names and products describe compatibility and identify collectible items only.
Catalog information, images, links, and market observations may come from users, public references, marketplaces, data providers, or other third parties. Availability, attribution, and permitted uses may vary by source. TOKIO may correct, replace, restrict, or remove material when a source changes, a provider requests it, or a rights concern is raised.
Prices, value history, gainers, and set trends are estimates based on available market data. They may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and are provided for informational purposes only—not as financial, investment, tax, or appraisal advice.
Rights holders or their authorized representatives may report material they believe infringes their rights by emailing hello@kizunakin.com with the subject IP notice. Include contact details, identification of the protected work, the specific TOKIO material or location, the basis for the request, and confirmation that the report is accurate and authorized. TOKIO may remove or restrict material while reviewing a notice and may act against repeat infringers.
TOKIO is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, TOKIO does not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete catalog coverage, image availability, price accuracy, or a particular result. TOKIO may update features, data sources, and these terms, and may limit or end access when an account violates these terms or creates risk for the service, rights holders, or other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TOKIO and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service, unavailable or inaccurate catalog material, or decisions based on market estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
