TOKIO may collect account and profile details, the cards and folders you add, images you submit, product usage and device information, and messages you send to us.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate your account, maintain your portfolio, calculate and display analytics, protect the service, respond to requests, and improve TOKIO.

Cookies and analytics

TOKIO uses strictly necessary authentication cookies to keep you signed in and carry session information between the browser and server. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and provides aggregated page-view and technical information, such as referrer, approximate location, device, and browser. TOKIO does not use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. Blocking or deleting authentication cookies will prevent or end sign-in.

Service providers and disclosure

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, and communications. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect TOKIO and its users.

Retention and your choices

We retain information while it is needed to provide TOKIO, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. In TOKIO for iPhone, open the collector-account menu and choose Delete account to permanently delete your account and associated profile and portfolio data that TOKIO is not legally required to keep. Deletion is paused while physical cards, TOKIO Credit, orders, shipments, listings, or refunds still need to be resolved. You can contact us about access or privacy questions.
