Learn how to access your TOKIO account and what to do if sign-in or recovery does not work as expected.
Signing in
Use the email or authentication method connected to your TOKIO account. Make sure you are using the same account that opened packs or owns cards.
Account recovery
If you cannot sign in, use the recovery flow if available. Check your email carefully and make sure links have not expired.

Contact support with your account email and a short description of the issue. Do not share passwords or sensitive payment details in a support message.
